Wine Products » Cabernet Sauvignon :: 1996 Hardys Thomas Hardy Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum
WINEMAKER COMMENTS: COLOUR: Brick red.
BOUQUET: Intense aromas of berries, mint, blueberry, eucalypt, tobacco leaf, and plums along with some developed earthy, and smokey characters.
PALATE: A full bodied and powerful palate displaying blueberries, mint, cherry, liquorice and cinnamon characters, with some developed leathery, cigar box notes.
It shows a classic Cabernet Sauvignon palate structure with rich, even tannins and a long savoury finish. Extended cellaring to 12 years will further enhance this wine’s complex flavour development.
