WINEMAKER GLENN JAME’S COMMENTS: COLOUR: Brilliant pale yellow with hints of green tinges.
BOUQUET: Subtle lemon citrus characters are complexed with fine vanillin oak.
PALATE: Barrel fermentation in new French oak barriques together with malolactic fermentation have contributed adding complexity and softness, with a creamy mouthfeel. Refined elegance with underlying flavour strength and intensity are the hallmarks of this exceptional Australian style Chardonnay.
CELLARING: The wine will develop further flavour complexity with 3-5 years cellaring.
